Choosing ladies to write to

This is probably the most important article in this section, and we hope that all our vistors will read it at least once.

When you first visit our Ladies Galleries, you will, no doubt, be stunned by the number of beautiful women there are genuinely looking for a Western husband. It is all too easy to go storming in, writing letters to tens, even hundreds, of gorgeous girls who's photographs attract you. Please don't!

OK, so now you think we're mad asking you not to write to lots of ladies. Well, we're not! If you write to a huge selection of ladies, you'll meet many, many disappointments. Likewise, if our ladies receive lots and lots of letters from prospective suitors, they will be less able to pick out their true 'smile-maker'. Both scenarios breed negativity, and we want this to be a positive, life-changing experience for both you and the ladies you make contact with.

So here is our take on the ideal way to pick out ladies to make contact with ....

Don't look at the photos! Well, not yet anyway. You will notice that we have installed a powerful search engine that allows you to enter many selections to reduce the number of ladies for you to pick out, from the 8000+ that are on our web site, to those that really are a closer match to what you're looking for.

You can select from obvious choices like age, height, weight, hair and eye colour, etc, to more specific selections like number of children, country of origin, their ability to speak English and other languages, even their first name.

You can even enter key words, so, for example, if you enjoy swimming, enter "swim" in the keyword selection box to find ladies who have mentioned in their profiles that they share your interest.

The search engine also allows you to enter your age, which helps you to find ladies willing to be contacted by certain age groups.

With time and perseverance (and luck), our search engine will give you a short list of ladies who generally match those that you're looking for.

Now, look at the photos

Having narrowed your selection to maybe 40 or 50 ladies, now is the time to see if they have that WOW factor ... If not enough do, widen your search criteria a little.

What we're hoping is that you'll be able to narrow your search to maybe a dozen or so ladies to write to - And by matching their characteristics and interests to yours, you are far more likely to be contacting ladies that would like to hear from you too.

Writing to just one lady initially can be as damaging as writing to 200. Imagine how disheartening it might be that you pick out a lady of your dreams, get her address, and write to her, only to never hear anything back from her (she may already be in correspondence with another gentleman, and not wish to be distracted), or to wait weeks (allowing for the postal system) only to receive a letter saying you're not really the guy she's looking for.

Give yourself a good chance - Writing to around a dozen or so ladies, we think, will give you a good chance of getting around a 50% response, and then the following letters, emails and phone calls will help you narrow your choice further.

One final tip - Make yourself a new bookmark folder in your web browser, and save your ladies' profiles in there. You will undoubtedly want to refer back to their profiles and photos as time goes by and your relationships flourish, so keep their details safe!
